Food is also an important part of a balanced diet and the oral cavity contributes 60%of overall digestion. Thereby placing a crucial role in promoting or preventing a disease. Food is medicine and there are no 10 golden rules so choose one: A balanced diet based on the concepts of variety, balance, and moderation(regard to anything or everything moderation is the golden rule). You can't have good oral health without good nutrition.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

The human system is the wonderful instrument made of five elements (to be balanced) -water, earth, fire air, space. The science of the human system is also one such highly developed field as a result, man has able to conquer most of the diseases that affect the human system and has been able to extend his lifespan. Our guardian angel tara recommends 5 friends which are

Regular physical exercise is necessary for general physical health and to remain alert and enthusiastic throughout the day. State of physical well-being need a strong, flexible body, for which regular exercise is must.

  5. Sound sleep.

SEALANTS:

Despite our best efforts, the toothbrushes bristles cannot reach down to clean out crevices. It is warm, dark and moist at the bottom of these pits, and the acid produced by bacteria metabolizes sugar easily. This begins to dissolve the tooth enamel that starts the decay process. Sealants are protective coatings placed in these tiny pits and fissure to prevent decay.

We believe that pediatric dental care should be stress-free and so we offer a welcoming, child-friendly environment, with an emphasis on gentle dental care. When you need the very best care for your child’s smile, let Shambhala be your first choice.

Childhood has been identified as the most important period in a person's 'dental life'. We have found that even when children have been to the dentist before, they often do not know what to expect when they come to see us. It is our aim that every child should have a sound, healthy and beautiful smile and be treated in a caring, gentle environment where a visit to the dentist is something to look forward to. Our practice is devoted to comprehensive and preventive patient care. We firmly believe that this approach prepares the child to enter adulthood with a positive attitude towards dental health.
Children are highly susceptible to dental decay. This susceptibility continues well into the third decade of life. It is essential that dietary sugars and natural juices are not only kept low in quantity but also in frequency from the youngest age. Babies and children should be actively encouraged to drink and enjoy the water. Clearly, children need a balanced diet including sugars for healthy growth and we can guide you to manage their diet in a way that is compatible with dental health. Regular visits to the dentist are essential in the identification of and treatment of any problems at an early stage. We recommend that all children from the appearance of their first tooth should have a checkup every 6 months.
